The Friends of the Webster Public Library hold monthly business meetings (except July and December) on the third Tuesday of the month. The meetings are open to the general public. All Friends members may join with the officers and Executive Committee chairpersons to vote on the Friends financial transactions and participate in the projects and activities of the group.
