 WebJunction's November focus is on Networking, and during the month we’ll be collecting your burning networking questions via this short poll or with this hashtag on twitter: #wjcompnet. Then, on December 2, WebJunction and TechSoup for Libraries are teaming up to bring you a panel of library technology experts to field your questions in a "Car Talk" fashion that’s sure to be informative and fun! The expert panel includes:

Robert Williams, Technology Consultant at the South Texas Library System
Chris Jowaisas Library Systems Grants Administrator of the Texas State Library and Archives Commission
Monica M. Schultz, IT Director at the Peninsula Library System
And moderated by TechSoup’s Stephanie Gerding

  1. If this is your first WebJunction online event, you should walk through the Wimba Classroom Setup Wizard http://67.202.209.252/wizard/wizard.html. The Wizard will confirm you have the needed software and configuration to see and hear our presentation.
  2. We will be using Voice over IP (VoIP) so that you can hear the session through your computer's speakers or headphones. If you are not able to use sound on your computer, or you encounter unexpected technical issues, you can listen to session's audio using a phone and toll-free number. Once you have entered the Wimba Classroom you will see the toll-free number and instructions for accessing your unique PIN (numeric password).
  3. Connect to Wimba Classroom 10 minutes before the start time of the event.
