Designed for the novice or beginner this workshop will walk you through E-rate basics and demonstrate how your library could benefit from applying for E-rate funds and receive a discount on your libraries phone or telecommunications services. The class will help you through the application process and provide tips and shortcuts on how to avoid the most common E-rate mistakes.
