Hills or Oakland Twp., and registered with their own RHPL card. 1 session per child. So you are able to participate with your child, we ask you to please make other arrangements for siblings not of the appropriate age.

Doors will close 5 minutes after storytime begins; latecomers will not be admitted. If RCS are closed due to inclement weather, storytime is cancelled.
