For Grades 7-12 (Fall, 2012) REGISTRATION REQUIRED*
Have fun while earning some community service credit! Penfield Public Library is looking for some committed teens to help with our summer reading game for children in grades K – 6, running from June 25 - through August 1. Learn how you can help run the reading game during this mandatory training session. To help make the game more enjoyable for everyone we ask that you volunteer for a regular weekly shift.
Reading Game Shifts:
Please choose one of the following shifts to work when you register for training:
Mondays, 5:45 – 8:15 pm
Tuesdays, 1:45 – 4:15 pm
Tuesdays, 6:00 – 8:30 pm
Wednesdays, 10:15 am – 12:45 pm (no game on 7/4)
Wednesdays, 3:15 – 6:00 pm (no game on 7/4)
Please don’t sign-up if you know you will miss more than two weeks of the six week program.
*REGISTRATION begins Friday, June 1 for Penfield town or school district residents; Friday, June 15 for all others. Online registration not available, please call the library at 340-8720.
