Learn how to eat a healthy balanced diet and improve your health with facts, recipes and a cooking demonstration to give you the tools you need to get you started. We will demystify myths about fats and carbs, teach you how to eat healthy at home, work or when you’re out, and answer any nutrition questions you may have. Registration required.
