Part 2 for Home and Building Owners: A follow up program with separate registration at 6:30 p.m. and the program focus is on homeowners and others who can utilize the historic tax credits, weatherization services and green building practices and the resources available at the library. Participating organizations include Preservation League of NYS, Environmental Finance Center at Syracuse Univ., NYC Div of Housing and Community Renewal, World Monument Fund, Hudson Valley Regional Council, Builders Assoc. of Hudson Valley, OC Rural Development Advisory Corp., Orange County Planning Dept. NYSERDA, City of Newburgh, Newburgh Preservation Assoc., Historical Society of Newburgh Bay and the Highlands and the Orange County Citizens Foundation.
