What do you do when the connection to the central system server is lost? Many libraries have ad hoc systems involving spreadsheets, text files, or good old pencil and paper. However, there is an Offlline Circulation module available, which will keep track of your check-ins and -outs while the connection is down, and then can be loaded directly into Millennium once the connection is back. It requires a bit of setup and carefully followed steps, but is easy to learn and convenient to know before you need it.
