1) Visit to the library
2) Reference question
3) Computer user, or
4) In-house use of materials
…then this is just a reminder that you may want to do a “typical week” count of these services this fall. This is a process whereby you count each of these services for one full week of operation, then multiply by 52. This will give you a typical week count that you can use on the Annual Report.
