Are you new to Story Time? Tired of your old standbys and want some new ideas? Then you are a great candidate for Story Time Boot Camp from the Indiana State Library. Suzanne Walker will facilitate this three hour Story Time workout which will include lots of ideas like using music (including instruments), manipulatives (including puppets), books, and parents (yes...they need to be used!) in your Story Time. To come to Boot Camp, you MUST bring an outline for a Story Time to share verbally with the group. You must come prepared to participate (that includes singing and moving) and you must (of course) register ahead of time. We will primarily focus on ages 2-6 but we can talk about babies too.
