1:00-2:00 Panel including ILF Legislative Committee Member(s) and ENA moderated by Dr. McClure. Discussion of tools getting better broadband

2:00-3:00 State of the State, include, E-rate and state funding

3:00-4:00 Broadband Planning Exercise

4:00-4:30 Dr. McClure does wrap up and exhortation
