As the holiday season winds up our stresses get high. Let Ms. Alverta guide you through a relaxing guided meditation that will leave you feeling calm and refreshed. Meditation is beneficial for the mind, body and spirit; it is the art of peace. Practice the basics of meditation and deep breathing (pranayama). Learn about Mindfulness and Sound Awareness meditation techniques along with the different benefits. Time will be set aside for Q&A. Please wear comfortable clothing. Space limited. Registration required.
