Your library has a web site and most likely a Facebook page and maybe you're using Twitter to connect with your community as well. But what else could you be doing with these tools, and others, to better connect with and meet the needs of your online community? Are there new tools that you might want to test out? Are you tracking the use of the services you're already using? Are there other ways to make your library's services and resources more visible beyond the library website by collaborating with community partners?
