"Healthy Brain" with Jean Bonifas. First program in a free six hour series will encourage mature adults in practical ways to keep bodies, minds and spirits healthy as we age. This series is offered in partnership with LBCC Benton Center, the Library, and RSVP's Senior Peer Counseling program.
